2014 VW Passat Wolfsberg Edition The customer service from Ron the manager and Bill (our saleman) was exceptional. No one enjoys the car buying process but they made it very easy and unstressful.

Mike ford was the best salesman ever Went there looking for a SUV mike came out introduce himself and from the beginning I could tell I liked the way this professional worked ! Mike showed me the vehicle and next thing i was out of there with my new bmw x5! My wife and I will be back to trade her car in better believe I'm going to see mike ford

Outstanding Experience! I can't say enough great things about Rhett Graham, as I struggled with deciding between various cars, he helped me make the right decision with his expertise and patience through test drives and price quotes. Truly Exceptional Experence I went to Bert Smith Euro Collection to just look at cars. After talking with one of there sales & leasing consultants, who are very friendly and courteous, we took a Passat TDI for a test drive. I was interested so we sat down to go over some deals going on. He made me an offer that was to good to turn down. I went there to just look around and left a few hours later with a new Passat. Love this Dealership! I bought my two prior vehicles from Bert Smith Used cars so it was only natural that I returned for my third. It just gets better every time I go there. Thrilled Beyond Words with my Plainum Cayenne! Rhett Graham handled my purchase at Bert Smith Porsche. It was very pleasant and always professional.
