We came to BMW of Newport in search of a used vehicle. We met Mark and were treated with respect and enthusiasm. Mark Tortolani never tired of showing us all of our options and giving great advice. He was a pleasure on all three visits, making sure we were comfortable and taking is time with us. I had a short visit with Bill in finance and he was also friendly and a pleasure. I was lamenting trading-in my old car but by the time the deal was made, I felt confident and excited about my future with BMW of Newport.

They were fair during our negotiations, and Justin Moniz took the time to make sure that I fully understood the ins and outs of my vehicle before I left the dealer. Very easy to deal with, really understanding of the fact my schedule just didn't match up with theirs. So it was always tough for me to get back to them in a timely manner. I drove 5 hours to make my deal with them and it was absolutely one of the easiest deals I have ever done. They were up front with me about price and my trade in, worked with me and I got the car I wanted. It is nice to look at my Lime Rock Park BMW M3 in the garage. Can't wait to get it out on the track and really drive it.
