I have never had a more professional and easy car buying experience. I live 2 hours away in Massachusetts and was able to accomplish nearly everything online. Rich is available to answer any unanswered questions and Mark Tortolani is a diligent worker who tries to accommodate the customer's needs. The service department is also a selling point for the dealership!

Absolutely recommend. Mainly worked with Mark T who I would rate as the best auto salesman I have interacted with in over 25 years. He listened and provided deals that met our needs. Also worked with all the others and was very impressed with everyone. They treated us so positively that a week after we bought a new 328xi we also bought a new X1!
My wife and I were casually looking for a third "play" car. We had looked for new ones at the Automall but did not find one we liked. Because we had not received the service we had come to expect from BMW locally, we drove to Newport with the intention of just looking.
