This was my first experience with BMW Newport. Nicolas Beeckman was the young gentleman that answered my internet request and I must say, the answers were polite, correct and truly professional. I finally met with Nicolas on the day the car (BMW 535 Xi) was delivered on December 12th, 2008. Frank "held my hand" through the whole process and in the end felt like family, wishing me well and very supportive. Before owning the vehicle less than a month, I inadvertently placed two CD's in the player, "jamming" the player. Frank reassured me, they took the radio system apart, resolved the problem and even washed my car for good measure; all at no charge and sent me off with a Merry Christmas. Ken was extremely helpful and worked hard to find JUST THE RIGHT CAR for me. He knew what I wanted and called me as soon as one came in. He is accommodating, professional, and an asset to BMW of Newport. I dealt with other dealerships in order to get what I wanted and wasn't happy. This is the second time I have used BMW of Newport. The sales and service departments at BMW of Newport were nothing short of spectacular. Let me tell you about the awesomeness of BMW of Newport and Joanne. I am probably the most irritating customer imaginable. Between my un-relenting demands of specific options and colors and my special delivery requests, I have to be a salesperson's nightmare. But let me tell you, Joanne did everything Perfectly!!! Joanne went above and beyond in helping me make the right decision for my new 335xi. She was always available to take my phone calls and always followed through with and questions or concerns I had.
