My salesperson did a great job. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. The financing team was helpful and they made the leasing process quick and easy. In the end, I actually enjoyed the buying process. I would recommend my friends and collegues to BMW of Newport.
I originally went to BMW of Newport because a friend recommened them. He had not purchased his car there but had used the service center and was very pleased. I had a great car buying experience and drove the car off the lot that day. I subsequently went to the service center and had a very good experience.
I had a Great Experience with BMW of Newport!!! Frank is a great salesperson to do business with. He lets the car sell for itself and guides the way. There was no sales pressure or "your lucky to be looking at a BMW" attitude. I will purchase another car again from Frank in the future as well as recommend him to anyone in the market for a BMW. This was our second pleasant experience at BMW of Newport. The first was in 2004.We ended up buying that car. Joanne kept us up to date with our end of lease information on our 2007 328xi and our options. Very, very helpful with us making the decision to buy our leased 3 series. This dealership - and Frank in particular - listened to the customer. Trusting in their approach to test drives - "take it and try it till you are happy"; trying to locate the EXACT specification car I wanted and on not finding one - not wasting time trying to move something on the lot with a "deal" - they got my EXACT spec BMW built and delivered in three weeks flat. This was my first time buying a car "over the internet". Joanne made it a smooth and simple process. The price couldn't be beat, and it was exactly what I was looking for, so it was more then worth the 210 mile drive out there. When I got there, the car was clean as could be and looked even better in person then it did in the pictures. Not a flaw on the car and I couldn't be happier. The main reason I buy my BMWs and have them served there is because of the outstanding service I get from everybody that works there. Especially, Frank Giorgio!!! Frank is a straight up guy and works very hard to give me exactly what I'm looking for and not what he thinks I want like most other dealerships sales personnel.
