I met with Frank DiGorgio of BMW of Newport over a year ago. I still had 1 year left on my 2006 BMW lease. He was very honest with me and said it would be better to wait the year before I did anything. I appreciated his honesty and did just that. Ken, Always went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He truly puts the customer first at all times. The last car we purchased we a special order and it took 4 months to come in. Ken gave us progress reports on it's all through the long wait. He was as excited as we were to finally see and check out our new ride. He even kept it in the show room so we could make sure it was perfect as we waited for a warm sunny day to take delivery. This is a great place to shop for a new car. The salesmen Ken was great. He listened to me and understood what I was looking for in my next car. He took the time to walk me through the car and made sure i was comfortable in what i was purchasing. I will definilty be back to buy another car from Ken in the future.

I met Frank at Inskip Motors in Warwick when he was a Mercedes Salesman and purchased a Mercedes. A few years later i was looking at a BMW at Inskip and asked his advice. He was very honest knowledgeable helpful and courteous to my wife and I. When we decided to look at a new BMW i heard from a friend that frank had gone to Newport. I am a proud owner of a BMW X5 and Frank Giorgio was the key. He went out of his way to ensure that the deal was completed. I had some issues with a deal that I thought was completed and found out later that I had the perverbal rug pulled out from under me. We were more than pleased with the extra effort that Ken put forth to accomodate our sale. It appeared to us that Ken was never pushy or in a hurry to make the sale. He was patient and genuinely interested in our best interest.
