BMW of Newport is by far the most professional and friendly dealership I have ever dealt with. I recently purchase a X3 and worked with Milton Rogers. Milton is a great guy and really went the extra distance to make the purchase as seamless as possible even for a non Rhode Island resident. He is incredibly friendly, genuine, courteous, and honest. Newport BMW does an excellent job selling, servicing, and showing BMW's. I've purchased my last two X5's from this dealership and will continue to use their services as long as I live in the area for the following reasons: 1. A no stress family atmosphere. There is no pressure to purchase vehicles you are not interested in nor for pricey upsells. Each step of the process is transparent and explained if necessary. From our first visit Mr. Pettito was extremely friendly courteous and proffesional. His knowledge of the inventory and features of different models was impeccable. My wife and I will probably be shopping for a new vehicle in about 1 or 2 years and we will be sure to do business again with Mr. Pettito.
We have own three BMW the first was 525i the second was X5 and the one the wife drives is i128 and she just loves it. We have always enjoyed working with the dealership to fine the wright car for us. As for service it has always been done correctly.
Can't say enough about the respect I have for this sales person he made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed when we were looking over the best car for me and my situation it takes a lot for me to trust someone when buyinga car because I;'ve been burned before so after dealing with Milton my view toward car salesmen was changed ps.
