Great friendly smile Shaun Warner sold me and my wife a 2012 BMW 750li and delivered the car to our home in Marco Island. His smile was what made me do business with him. He is friendly and me being in a land developer all my life was impressed. I offered him a job within my company that is how impressed I was by his service. This man even sent us a holiday card and a thank you hand written to us in Marco Island and our home in Ohio. What an asset to have such a professional working for your company.
Bought a used Solara from BMW-Great Experience I was looking on Cars.com for a used Toyota Solara convertible in SW FL under $10K. Found one in SE FL then an identical car was posted here in Fort Myers by BMW. Inquired by email and got prompt, efficient follow up by BMW staff by email and phone encouraging me to come drive it. Great dealership and superb service department ! On vacation from Iowa, my 2011 X-5 had a failed motion detector chip in its alarm system which precluded locking the car with out triggering the alarm. These folk treated us as though we had purchased the vehicle from them. The remedial process although complicated was done with TLC...accolades to Jose and his associates!

Great service after the sale All my service experiences have been excellent. Eddie and all other staff are very efficient and loaner car was made available. CK,the technician, took extra time to explain the issue and resolve the problems. Unrelated to service, Lee in sales responded graciously when asked to do research with no prospect of an upcoming sale.

Awesome cars, awesome staff! Bought the car basically over the phone due to living 2.5 hours away. I was very nervous about doing this, staff were all very pacient with me. They had all the paper work ready for me when I arrived to pick up the car. SAlesman went over every little detail and option the car had.! Would definitely go back for my next vehicle. Worth the drive and car rental to get there!
