Excellent staff, service and customer convenience Courteous service, excellent service in that I receive helpful information without a feeling like anything is being pushed on me. The staff really looks out for safety issues. Loaner car available when needed.

Consistent Delivery time after time... The BMW service guys were fast, efficient and accomodating, as always! This alone made me test drive another BMW just to make sure I was good with my choice in another brand.

Quick Service and Great Communication Ease of setting apt. Communications were great. Quick turn around on service work. I was not entirely satisfied about the brake squeaking I reported as it was immediately still present when I picked up the car. I need the car so I could not return it the same day. Will be scheduling a follow up though.
