I had an appointment at BMW for a state inspection and I planned on waiting but when I got there Amanda Suraci checked my key and saw that I was due for service. She got a loaner car ( brand new) and before I knew it I was on my way , able to enjoy my day off as I had planned! She called me a couple of hours later to say my car was ready and when I picked it up they had washed and vacuumed it! I couldn’t be happier!
Linda took care of my wife's car last week and mine this week and, as usual, it was an absolute pleasure to work with her on both. She is one of the friendliest people I know and her ability to diagnose my problems and get the work done in a minimum of time is really refreshing. She also makes sure that all necessary upgrades are done and that my car is ready when promised. I’ve had Chris as my service advisor for nearly three years now and he has been so helpful. My latest visit was an emergency thanks to a popped tire, and he was able to get me into a loaner within 30 minutes. He also got two new tires on my car and back to me in less than 24 hours which is incredible. Thanks again Chris for everything you do!

I have been out of town for awhile and had a limited week to get many things done which include the servicing of my BMW, Chris made sure that their schedule could accommodate mine and IT DID! Autohaus has the best service advisers! Specifically Linda Schaefer. Linda has been my service adviser for many years now. She is always there to help and has always made sure that I understand what the issues are. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and how long it will take. She makes coming to Autohaus for service a good experience every time.
I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from Autohaus and I couldn't have been happier about the process from start to finish. We were in the market for an X3 or X5 for my wife to drive and had stopped by Autohaus to look at one advertised on their website. However, it had already been sold a couple of hours earlier. I brought our 2013 X6M for a recall service for a passenger side air bag. Patti Kuper was my service advisor and she made sure all my questions and requests were addressed. She went above and beyond contacting me on a few other items that the technician found. She checked with me before any additional parts and service was performed. I deeply appreciate the extra care she and Sam Steidley (the technician) provided for me and my BMW. I’m a long time customer of Autohaus BMW and will continue be one.
