Recently serviced my 2014 435i. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. They had my car finished quickly and the experience was lovely. The best way to care for your BMW is at Autohaus. I know my car is in the best hands possible and it’s an enjoyable experience and Amanda in service is exceptional. She took care of everything for me. When I was asked to share my experience about my recent visit to Autohaus BMW I was pleased to do so. I came in for general service such as a oil change and tires to find out I needed over $5,500 worth of work done to my vehicle. I have had the pleasure of working with Pattie Kupfer who has taken very good care of me. Her attention to detail is second to none and I have a true sense of customer focus when I deal with her. I have never seen this high level of service anywhere else in the auto dealer service game.
Purchased a new (well new to me) vehicle 2 weeks ago. First visit in after wards I met with Chris the genius. What a fun experience that was learning all these new tricks that this car can do. I have worked with every single service advisor here at Autohaus. From Greg to Dan to Mike to Bob to Linda to Chris...you get the point. I must say out of EVERYONE I have worked with, Ethan is by far the most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I came in to Autohaus a little late for my appointment with Ethan. He made me feel at ease and was ready for me with all the information needed to get me in and out quickly, in a loaner car and on my way. I was grateful to him as I had a very busy day ahead. I will be back for sure.
On March 19, 2018 I brought my car to Autohaus for them to see if the rack steering was going bad. They put the car on the machine and found out that the power steering pump I had put in by another company the hose was not bleed and i had a leak around the seal. Linda Schaefer my advisor and Mike Crader really gave me great customer service as usual. I was giving a loaner car until my car was fixed.
