I had a flat tire and stopped in th Autohaus BMW I was able to get a loaner car and have my tire repaired! I didn’t even have an appointment! Amanda was very helpful... it was really a great experience
2 cars, 2 repairs, within 2 weeks. Ouch! Chris got me in and out quickly. He is very knowledgeable and usually knows what the issue is, even before the Tech looks at the car. I've had Chris as my Service Adviser for many years and he has been consistently great to deal with!
Chris Clem is our service rep and he does an outstanding job. He helped us to determine what service we needed and coordinated the process. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and we were free to go with a well maintained and clean car.

I recently leased a new BMW 330e from Autohaus BMW. Chris Buie spent more than an hour reviewing all the tech inside the car with me. I had many questions and he patiently walked me through each and every detail of the car. He offered to assist me at any time with any questions I have in the future. the service was great the staff was very friendly and helpful I have always had very good service there. especially Patti Kupfer. Her knowledge is tremendous
I had to take my car in for some maintanence and Linda made sure I was taking care of. She goes out of her way to assist! They don't get any better than Linda.
Amanda and Chris were amazing to me. I came to Autohaus in an emergency and the service department was closed, so Amanda reassured me and helped with my loaner car. They worked around my schedule and were truly friendly.
I called in for a recall that has been pending on my car for a while and less than 24 hrs later it was taken care of. Easy to schedule and very prompt attention.
