I have been very impressed with the customer service. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician to the sales person were all great. I went in yesterday for a re-call on my car. The staff was expedient, helpful and especially the Customer Service representative, Linda Schaefer, who processed my visit. She was very joyful, attentive to details and made me feel at home and cared for. That doesn't happen every day! From the start, Ethan made sure that my car was going to get the repair done in a timely manner and I was given a loaner which in my opinion is not an obligation of this dealership but an act of generosity! Ethan kept in touch with me and always let me know what was going on and when I could expect to have my car back, which I appreciated. He was great! Bob is a professional. It was clear throughout our process that he was most interested in me getting the car I wanted than he was in selling me a car. He applies the right amount of follow up, not too much, but just the right amount to let me know he cared about the relationship.

Took my BMW in for scheduled service. My service writer was Mike Crader. A loaner was provided because I had a long l of things to do. Partway through the day Mike called to remind me that I was overdue for a Brake Fluid Flush. I really appreciated that because I like to keep my car in top condition. The car was returned to me later in the day freshly washed and vacuumed. Service at Autohaus has always well done and prompt and Mike is very easy to work with.

In rush hour traffic and my BMW 3series started running rough and the service engine light came on. Amanda made sure that everything was in the system so that when I arrived with my car it was a short and sweet process before I was out the door in a loaner. The service was completed the next day and Autohaus even washed my vehicle for me. Fabulous experience and I highly recommend Amanda and the Autohaus team.

The service at Autohaus is top notch! From drop off to pick up, it’s a high end experience. And since I met Patti a couple of years ago, she’s my go-to when I need an appointment.

Car salespeople often get a bad rap - and they often deserve that. Brett is different however - he is honest and he doesn't waste your time. I just picked up my 5th car in 10 years from him and as always the negotiations and the transaction were straightforward and honest. My time is worth money and Brett respects that - he makes car buying easy, and you never feel like you have been taken to the cleaners. Now, I need to find a way to clone him....
