Chris helped me out in an emergency when my towtruck dropped me off at the wrong dealership and the service department was closed. He checked out my flat tire and set me up with a loaner car. Great customer service.
The service department at Autohaus BMW on Hanley in St. Louis is the most professional and friendly service department I have ever dealt with. The work is always explained in detail. The service is always completed well. Patti keeps me informed during the process, and she makes me feel special.

In 1986 my parents bought their first BMW. As a kid I remember the small service department off Hunter Ave and how nice everyone was to us. My wife and I have done business with Autohaus-- and Mike Crader specifically-- for over 25 years. We have purchased 5 cars from Autohaus and all service related work was performed at Autohaus. I have always had a great experience with this dealership. I went in for an oil change, but explained a sound I heard while driving. Once they diagnosed the problem, Ethan explained the CV boot needed to be replaced. I was able to go take a look and see other repairs that needed to be done. He prioritize the order of importance with my car being 13 years old. It's always a pleasure working with Ethan!
I had several repair issues coming to the end of warranty on my 2014 M5 . He was willing to go the extra length to make sure I was completely Satisfied. This included Radiator leak , Rear shade, front and Rear Brakes .I was able to even text him! Even gave me a Oil change when was coming due later to cover in warranty! Ethan is A+++++ Service Manager
Chris Clem is an excellent service representative. I live 45 minutes from Autohaus; however, I would not think twice about taking my car anywhere else. Chris and the service department are great. My recent issue was assessed and resolved in a short period of time. Chris is always courteous and knowledgeable, values that mean a lot to me.
