The service advisor,Mike Crader looked into the records and advised me that in addition to the oil change several other items needed to be checked. He was able to fit me into the schedule without making an appointment. Even though he told me that it could take one and a half hours the car was ready before that time and had been washed and vacuumed. The service as well as the people at Autohaus are outstanding, and I have been a customer for many years. In fact thirty items were checked. Lou Cohen

My wife purchased a BMW at Autohaus . Wonderful experience. At the Pick up procedure at Autohaus Chris Buie did a wonderful job with tremendous patients at explaining each and every detail of the internal and external workings of the car. While this was our second BMW Chris was very articulate in his explanation of the new aspects of the BMW. I have been very impressed with the service and attention I’ve received from Autohaus. Just purchased my first BMW, which was a CPO 2014 335i and they have done an great job taking care of me. The car has some minor scratches and needed a few spots buffed out in the clear coat and they honored their word and took care of the car after I had purchased it. If you go there, ask for Bob Dedert. Bob sold me my car and I I’ll be buying another from him as soon as the girlfriend is ready.
