Mike fit me in to a tight year-end service schedule to assess a check-engine light indicator. Even arranged a loaner on short notice. Service tech diagnosed fault with fuel injectors ( love the N54 motor!) and replaced both banks same day. Fortunately covered by a BMW warranty extension for this problem. Mike is responsive, professional, and a good communicator. Like his dry sense of humor too.
Dennis Schaffner was a great person to deal with in CPO sales. Polite, straightforward, honest, and informative. I didn't feel like he sold me anything. Rather, I chose to buy from him. He made the whole experience pleasant. I felt like I walked away with a car and a new friend at the same time. I will definitely see him when I am in the market again. If for any reason you need servicing on your BMW, this would be the place to go. They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make your experience noteworthy. Nay questions that you might need answered, they are there to fill that need. They are expedient and professional when it comes to performing work on your vehicle. I would recommend Autohaus to anyone with a vehicle that needs work.
We are new to the area and so far our experience has been fantastic, with prompt service and follow up. Patti assisted us as out car was shipped format of state and upon arrival ended up needing some work.

Joe Bauer helped me at Autohaus BMW. I was looking for a certified preowned i8 and Joe both helped me find one, and kept me updated on the progress when one came in. Joe was very low pressure and never called to pressure me. He helped when I asked him and I’m very happy with the entire process and purchase. Plus, I love my new i8!
I have been driving BMW's since 1998. At times I have owned as many as three. All have been bought at Autohaus BMW and many have been bought from Joe Bauer. I know most of the personnel there by name (and they know me) and I have never had anything but the absolute best service and attention from anyone.I can't recommend them any more highly. Top to bottom they are the best. I'll never go anywhere else and I will never drive anything but BMW.
