I have been working with Chris for years, he defines what service is and should be. The car buying experience is over in a day but the service last for years and is what separates dealerships. Chris is responsive to my needs and cognizant of my time as I don't want to have to come back if any issues could have been resolved when my vehicle is there. Chris is always helpful and knows the ins and out of my car (really all BMW's). He always gets me in quickly for appointments and makes the entire experience a pleasant one- which is not always the case at other dealerships.

I knew when I bought a BMW that eventually it would need work done, and that's never fun. Luxury cars require luxury service. Luckily, there's Autohaus, which is my go-to for all my work, including scheduled maintenance and unexpected repairs (my wife hit the curb and popped a tire). I appreciate knowing up front how long it will take and what it will cost me. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
