These folks took care of me a long time ago (1992 to 2000) in their old location (Mike Crader, Gerd Petermann)...and when I returned to purchase another BMW, many of the same faces were still there. Gerd sold me this car too. That says a lot about employee satisfaction and employee quality as well. They have grown and it is obvious why. They again have gone beyond the extra mile. We had a great experience with brett and his team. So far we are loving our GTS. We will buy all our bmw's from autohaus now.
Chris did a great job of explaining all the features of our new 530i. We were with him at least 90 minutes and could have stayed longer but we had another appointment.
Once again, an excellent experience. I was a bit concerned when Linda retired; however, Ethan picked up the mantle and has been nothing less than outstanding. I was in and out within the timeframe promised.
I felt like the service guys were being straightforward and honest about what I needed done and why, and that is rare in a dealership service situation. I appreciated their courtesy and it seemed like the guys explaining my repair actually knew what they were talking about. Yeah, I wish it was not so expensive to get work done on a BMW but that is the only downside of owning a luxury vehicle. At least I didn't feel like they were gouging. Those parts ain't cheap!
I came into the dealership today and I had the most amazing experience today, I would like to point out Amanda Suraci's professional and honestly. I have been a long time BMW owner (22 years) and have never had such an great service experience!!! I highly recommend working with Amanda Suraci, I'm actually looking forward to my next oil change appointment!!!
After shopping for my first BMW for over a month, we bought my beautiful 535 from Jens. As soon as we walked in the door, we were treated with respect and honesty. Jens, Mike, Alicia and Wendy were all beyond genuine and had our best interests in mind. The "Autohaus Experience" is by far an experience that I look forward to each time I visit!

Rick Riccio is definitely a person who is not only very knowledgeable in his profession, but also the most kind and friendliest people around!
