Recently had a malfunctioning parking light issue. Patti got me in quickly. Had the light replaced, car washed and out in an hour. Patty always keeps me updated as to how much of my warranty is left and what needs to be done within the appropriate time frame. Great friendly and efficient service!

My 2015 M3 needed service and Autohaus provided another great service experience. Chris Clem is an excellent service advisor. He's attentive, very knowledgeable, and always courteous. He always follows up and makes everything hassle-free. Two other BMW dealerships are much closer to my home and work but I always choose Autohaus.

My car was effected by the airbag recall. I booked an appointment online, but I did not know an airbag needed to get ordered beforehand. Mike Crader was able to shift a few airbags around so my airbag could get changed while other service was being performed on my car. This flexibility helped reduce my trips to Autohuas. Mike was a great help and the main reason I continue to go to Autohaus to service my 128i.
Chris was my salesperson and he made the whole experience fun. Great guy and easy to deal with. Rick was responsible for financing and he was very knowledgeable and professional. No hard sales pitches from either. Alicia was the genius that helped sync everything in the car once I bought it and gave me the tutorial. Whole experience was positive.
After a few tries on a few different vehicles, Bob and I finally agreed on a car and a price. Even after we settled on a deal, the dealership held the car for me after a family emergency. Two weeks later Bob drove an hour and half to deliver the car. It's everything I knew it would be. While I usually go where the car and the deal is, the way this dealership treated me just ensured I will call them first the next time.
Brett is committed to his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have an exceptional experience. I have purchased two cars from him in the last 6 months. Brett is quick to respond to questions via email and phone and extreme personable - he's all about doing what's right for his customer.
Took my car in for routine service and Mike Crader was very open and explained additional services. The whole group there is knowledgable and helpful. No one is better than the Autohaus service group.
