I just purchased my 2nd Certified Pre-Owned from Brett and will continue to use him as long as I can. As a female buying cars on my own, I had been treated horribly by (non BMW) dealerships prior to finding Brett at Autohaus. I am always treated with utmost respect and do not have to deal with high pressure sales tactics. Took my car in for oil service, and the experience was perfect as usual. Even though I was working with a new service writer, Amanda, she was great and you wouldn't know she hadn't been there for years. She had everything in order when I arrived, so it was quick to drop off my car and pick up the loaner. Also, not sure who it was, but kudos to the person that washed my car while it was in the shop. I appreciated you cleaning off the road oil - I was assuming I'd have to do that myself. :)

Bob did a fantastic job in helping me get the car I wanted! He went out of his way to find the car and help bring it to St Louis.

When I walked into Autohaus BMW and told Bob that I was looking for a used BMW priced below 10,000, he said, half seriously and half jokingly, "Well, perhaps you are looking in the wrong place." I didn't have an appointment but my BMW needed service. I called and spoke to Ethan Krysiac who told me to come right over. When I got there Amanda Suraci helped me and I couldn't have been happier! She was professional and a pleasure to work with. I am a cudtomer for life now!!

I brought my bmw in for service and thought I was going to have to wait at the dealership. Amanda Suraci was my service advisor and when she checked what I was due for she gave me a loaner car so that I wouldn't have to spend several hours there!! I couldn't have been happier! She even had my wipers changed even though I forgot to mention that they were streaking!! In the past I had worked with Ethan who remembered me and made a point to say hi to me when I came back to pick up.

Staff is very helpful. My appointment was made quickly and conveniently. Work was performed well, and my vehicle was returned to me clean and ready to go!!
