Both the sales advisor and the financing were knowledgeable about their products and made the buying experience pleasant and no pressure. The were open and willing to work with what we needed.
Sales advisor has kept in touch and knew my preferences so when he made me aware of a dream certified pre-owned BMW, I couldn't pass it up. Renard's personal touch, along with a fair price for my trade-in, made for a great experience. The rest of the process was simple and well organized with no surprises.
Used night drop off as I live very close to dealership .Service advisor Chris Clem called to advise what caused check engine light to come on ,what the cost would be ,that the part was in stock and my car would be ready in the afternoon . Having two BMW's gets me in here on a regular basis for service and the occasional concern about something I don't understand about how my car is running. Stopped in to inquire about the next scheduled appointment for my X3. Didnt see the usual consultant I deal with. I thought about coming back because I was in a hurry. A consultant that I'd never seen before was there. Worried that it'd take forever because I thought she might be a newbie, I decided to go to her. Bob was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I explained what we were looking for and he immediately started grabbing keys and helped us in the right direction. I came in without an appointment and was worried that I would have to wait a long time. I was quickly acknowledged and told that they would be right with me.
