Patti continually defines excellent customer service. She does a tremendous job keeping me informed throughout the process and I feel that she always has my best interests in mind, which can be a rare commodity in the auto service industry. I believe Patti is the best service rep. to work with and Autohaus is fortunate to have her.
I brought my BMW into Autohaus for service and planned on waiting, but when my car need a longer service than I planned for my advisor Amanda Suraci put me in a loaner car! I was very happy with the service she provided.
We had a broken window and Patti got us in quickly, in a loaner, and on our way. Quick service repair and a nice coupon!
Ethan Krysiak went above and beyond making what is normally an unfortunate experience a very good one. Considerate about my time and set me up with a loaner in record speed. Bought a used BMW over the phone (300 miles away) from these folks. Karen did a walk around on the vehicle while we were on the phone, and she described the car perfectly. Once at the dealership to pick it up, everyone was extremely nice and helpful, even though this was a used car sale. I noticed one issue with the car, and immediately a service technician was assigned and it was resolved. I truly felt these people really cared about me, and that the car met my expectations. Just overall a great customer experience.
Loyal to this dealership for some twenty odd years. They have consistently been able too make it possible for me to continue driving a BMW despite set backs I have experienced. I am very loyal to this brand and dealership!!!!!
Excellent dealership experience. Very fast, efficient and made the whole process very painless. Very responsive while tracking the car. Love the car, and probably won't be my last BMW!
