While I'm sure other service advisors are good, I've been working with Chris exclusively for 4 years now and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. I have never had a bad experience. He is professional, courteous, responsive, and sensitive to my schedule and conflicting demands. A complete pleasure to deal with!

From my initial contact with Mr. Renard LaSane my client advisor , he has gone above and beyond my BMW purchasing expectations ! I recently moved to STL from FL where I purchased my car from Brahman BMW Jupiter. and experienced many service failures on multiple visits. In the first 2 years of owning my first BMW I did not have the promised BMW experience. That changed when I arrived at BMW autoHaus and met Linda Shaefer my service manager last August. She repaired my windshield wiper pump flawlessly which had been repaired in Jupiter 2x the week I left to drive to STL & failed within the first 2 hours. I greatly appreciated Dan as my Service Advisor and was disappointed when he left. I asked and he recommended Chris as my Advisor. Chris has totally lived up to all that Dan stated and more. He is very courteous, attentive to my concerns and time requirements, always presenting solutions and and answers that meet the need. Nice to see a bright and courteous young man who is also competent and knowledgeable with a very complicated product (BMWs!).
Many times auto service departments see a problem in black in white. I felt mine (a major repair to a BMW that was a few months out of warranty) was a shade of gray. Fortunately, Service Advisor Mike Crader saw it the same way and went to bat for me, authorizing the repair at zero cost. It's refreshing when someone says "yeah, that's not right" and takes care of the issue at hand, the kind of resolve that will keep me an Autohaus customer.
Patti was extremely helpful and kind. She was able to find me a discount on 4 tires price and loaned me a X5 to drive home. Overall experience was super happy.
Bob Warner did a great job being a salesman. He brought out multiple cars for us to test drive and helped us find the exact car we want. The rim had a little scuff on it that he had service take care of free of charge. Highly recommended!
We visited Autohaus just to look. My husband was trying to talk me into an SUV over a car. Bob was very patient with us. He showed us several and I drove an X5. I still wasn't convinced and wanted to stay with a car. Again Bob was very patient. We ended up with the perfect car and a great buying experience!
