This past week my BMW developed a problem that could have been catastrophic. My service advisor, Linda Schaefer welcomed me without an appointment and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in 36 hours. As usual she arranged a loaner car and made a difficult situation as easy as possible.

My service appointment at Autohaus was exceptional this morning. I was working with service advisor Patti Kupfer to identify a noise that had developed in my steering system. She called me prior to my visit this morning and asked if I wanted to continue with my appointment due to inclement weather. When I arrived I was met by Patti and the service team who were both professional and courteous. I was in for service for my BMW and had the pleasure of working with Patti. She took the time to make sure I was satisfied and seemed to actually care about me and not treat me as just some customer.

I have been going to Autohaus for my purchases and service for several years now. Prior to that, I used another dealership in town. There is no comparison at all. Autohaus has better prices on new and used inventory and their service is exceptional. I typically use Linda in the Service Dept, and she is wonderful! She's very diligent in making sure I'm getting all of the service benefits available to me, not only those I know about or ask for. We would highly recommend leasing or buying a car from Autohaus, especially from Karen. Her understanding of our needs & then exceeding them has amazed us. The whole team made the process of picking up our car this morning a delight. The financial process (thank you Rick)was seamless & the explanation of all the features (thank you Alicia) such a great touch. We need to replace our 2nd car later this year & we will be in contact with Karen as soon as we are really to go.

John's experience and low key demeanor allowed me to make a thoughtful and educated decision on my vehicle purchase. I didn't feel he was pushing me in any direction but rather allowing me to come to the right decision for me on my own .....this decision would need to meet my requirements and still be a fun car to drive. I really appreciate his professionalism and conscientious personality.

I've purchased several cars over the years. My entire experience at Autohaus was by far the most pleasurable. I met Karen Lowery my first visit who was most helpful and patient in explaining details of the BMW I was interested in. We talked some pricing but there was NO high pressure pushiness or haggling. I returned for an appraisal on my trade-in and again was treated with patience and respect. We actually came to an agreement later on the phone with a mutually beneficial deal.
