Once again Autohaus Service/Chris Clem knock one out of the park. I was in a bind and Chris got me in right away, got me a loaner, did everything he could to ensure that parts were rushed in and got car back to me quickly all while staying in constant communication with me so that I could plan things according. Always professional, always a pleasure and on top of that my car is always spotless inside and out when I pick it up. Truly a great service experience... every time.
This is our 3rd vehicle with Autohaus BMW. For all three vehicles, we worked with Bob and each time he exceeded our expectations. He always made us feel welcome. I am so happy to have Linda Schaefer as my service advisor! I cannot say enough good things about her. She is a wonderful person, kind and sincere. She is super knowledgeable and is excellent about thoroughly explaining my car’s problems and options for repair. When I had a couple of unexpected service issues, she went the extra mile to get my car in and provide me with a “loaner”, which I truly appreciated. She is the reason I will keep coming back to Autohaus!
