Recently I purchased a new X5 from Autohaus and Worked with Joe Bauer. Buying a car is rarely a fun experience with all the back and forth and posturing. However, the experience at Autohaus is quite different. Very professional, no games, and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Autohaus and Joe Bauer if you are in the market for a new BMW. Eric Fultz was also very good in providing all the final paperwork.
My wife and I stopped by Autohaus to look at cars, after they were closed, we found a X5 we liked. I sent an email over the weekend and 1st thing Monday morning a wonderful young man named Joe Bauer called me about the car. Moved to St. Louis a year ago and started to send my car here for maintenance. I've seen mike twice for maintenance and a minor repair under warranty. Heis extremely knowledgeable, and the service is always excellent, on time and professional. I would definitely recommend Mike and Autohause BMW.
I started buying BMW's from Autohaus because of all the good things I'd heard about the service department compared to the miserable service I'd received at a dealership in Illinois - and I haven't been disappointed. I usually drop off my car after work and talk to either Mike or Linda who are both friendly and helpful, my loaner is ready and I'm on my way home. Picking up my car up the next night is just as easy.
We returned to Autohaus BMW to buy our X5 due to the buying experience and the professionalism of the staff. We live several hours away in OK, but returned to St. Louis to buy our next BMW because of the people at Autohaus. Customer service at its finest! This service department appreciates you as a customer. Service is quick and your car is returned to you clean! You are treated as family as soon as you enter the parking garage.
Over the years, I have consistent dealt with the same service consultants who are very professional. They are always available to answer questions, offer alternatives and continually giving updates on status of any required maintenance. I have nothing but positive experiences with the service team
