Title says it all, Chris Clem and Autohaus make this process easy, I needed to have new tires put on for the season, Chris handled it from working with parts to pick the proper tire, scheduling based on availability and communication on the day of through completion.
Autohaus guys care about you. They care about what you're looking for and will work to help you get it. They know their cars, they know their price margins and they're competitive. This is my third car bought or leased there. It's my first time with Bauer - he did a great job. Emerson quietly leads a bunch of great sales folks. I'm a customer for life.
Brett and his team were very responsive to my requests and worked with me via e-mail and in person to find the right vehicle.
I really like Autohaus' service department. They are more reasonably priced than other BMW dealers/mechanics in town. Greg Issit is very helpful. He is easy to talk to and I feel confident that he is giving me a square deal. This is important for me as a woman, as some places have made me feel as if I might be getting inflated estimates and/or unnecessary work. Not so with Mr. Issit and Autohaus. I appreciate that. I will continue to take my cars there with confidence.

Joe Bauer made my decision easy to settle on Autohaus and the 2016 X1. The dealership had a great inventory to pick from and they made a fair trade for our Acura so after months of consideration we decided to deal with Joe and Autohaus. I will buy my next BMW from Autohaus because of Joe and the great service I can rely on at Autohaus. Great follow up from everyone involved as well.
