i don't live in St. Louis, but drove there for meetings. On my way, I hit a pothole, which clearly did some damage to my car. I called Chris Ckem first thing the next morning and, although the they had 50 appointments that day, Chris recognized that I was I a terrible bind and went a I've and beyond to work me in, order a new wheel for my car, and have my car repaired all within 24 hours. This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from this dealership and R. LaSane. The first experience in '06 was remarkable enough to bring us back in '15 to see Renard. Eric Fultz is personable, knowledgable and made the financial end of the deal just as pleasant as the sale. Oh and the cars are pretty good too!

Do you know what it's like to drive up to get your car serviced and be greeted by name? I DO.To have your service adviser know you,and your car? I DO. I don't know where AutoHause found these people but I'm glad they did. Dan Wirick takes the time to explane the needed repairs,he calls me with up dates,and checks to see if my car has cleaned,always has been,but he looks anyway. I need to say I'm really happy with Autohaus ,from the greeters to the cashier .

I just had the best buying experience ever on a vehicle of any kind, & it was an out-of-state purchase for me! Jeremy Frey got back to me quickly with answers to my questions and sent electronic documents to help them research my financing options which was a snap. When it came to doing the paperwork, Jeremy's colleague, Eric Fultz explained every thing in detail that made perfect sense. I highly recommend these guys if a new ride is in your future!

Bob dedert in sales was exceptional to work with. I have leased 2 cars from him and it gets easier every time. Do yourself a favor and look him up if your in the market.

This marks the beginning of my 30th year of my "relationship" with Autohaus. I see it as such as a result of my experience over the years. That feeling is reinforced when, upon my arrival in the service bay and as I sit in the waiting area, I am greeted by name as staff from across the dealership encounter me. Of course, my visits are primarily for purchases or scheduled maintenance, but when I require repairs, the work is performed correctly and promptly.

My daughter's BMW was feeling sick and we needed to get her back on the road so she could head back to college safely. Mike got back to us right away with the details of what we needed...and BOOM! we were out of there the next day. We appreciate the friendly, fast, expert service we receive at Autohaus!

Recently purchased my second BMW from Autohaus; still driving the first one. You will not find a more professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff in the St. Louis area. Brett was very responsive and attentive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to answer all of my questions. Zero pressure to buy. Highly recommend working with Brett and the staff at Autohaus.
