Ordered an x5 and was very happy with service from start to finish. Joe Baur, joe Emerson, John Williams and Eric in finance all treated me well.
After a slow start where I wasn't getting the level of help I needed via email, I received a routine "How are we doing" email from the sales manager. Service Advisor Greg Issitt, were very knowledgeable about the issues associated with my 2011 550i and informed me of a active recall (which I did not know about). In addition to addressing these problems, he assisted me with body work. A previous quote for body work was a little higher than originally quoted; however, Manager, John Williams did not hesitate to stand by their original quote and lowered the price. Bob was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He was friendly and very easy-going. I feel like he gave me a great deal and did not make things overly-complicated. This was the first time I leased a car so I was a bit nervous but I feel it was a great decision now. Overall, it was a very good experience and I know I will be a lifelong customer of Bob and Autohaus. .
Fuel leak required a quick trip to the dealership at the end of the day. Mike Crader set me up with a loaner on 5 minutes notice and I was on my way.
