This will be our 3rd BMW from Autohaus and we are truely thankful for the help that Renard has given us over the last 6 years!! He's a great sales person and now friend. Not sure I'll ever buy a car elsewhere. Thank you BMW for making excellent cars

I have always been impressed with the quality of service, the staff wanting you to fully understand what you are buying and making the appropriate car comparisons. Reward LaSane our salesman was truly patient and outstanding.

I'm an old guy with an old car. I always contact Greg when I need to have my car serviced. Greg always makes me feel good about my experience! When my car is ready and they drive it out to me, it feels good knowing that I have been well served and that my car is good to go!

I've been in to service my 2004 BMW a few times, for various reasons, and my Service Advisor Chris has been there to help me out each time. Even though I didn't buy the vehicle there everyone I interact with treats me as if I did. Most recently, someone shattered the driver side window out and I had a mobile repair company replace it. The only issue was that they didn't do the installation properly. It was frustrating to say the least, but I knew I could count on Autohaus to do it properly. To make a long story short my car started giving me issues and we had to get it in! From the moment we pulled in the drive I was greeted with such friendliness! I wish I knew the gentleman's name that helped me because he was so nice. I had called in but could not remember who I spoke with so they let me talk with Jennifer. She was AMAZING!!! My name is Cassandra Sullivan, I had an excellent experience from the initial phone call to set of service, as well as when I got the call to pick up my vehicle. I could have not had a better service representative. Mr. Chris Clerm (sp). was wonderful. He kept me informed about my vehicle daily. Very pleasant gentleman. I've had nothing but great experiences at Autohaus. I once was a customer of Plaza Motors and quite unhappy; I even switched from a Mercedes to BMW to avoid bad customer service/experiences. Renard has taken care of me from start to finish. This is my second purchase at Autohaus and I would highly recommend you give them a try!

start to finish excellent service top notch follow through from Greg Issitt, Greg let me know every step of the way when my car came in for service. loaner vehicle was clean and new. couldn't be better. Ethan and Clay in service were thorough, polite and professional, Greg had everything set up (through Linda Schaefer) and when I arrived they were ready for me.
