I have been getting my car serviced by Autohaus for about 4 years. Mike Crader is the service representative I work with and he is the reason I switched to Autohaus. Mike has a great sense of humor but more importantly he is very responsible. He always calls to give me updates and lets me know the cost so I can plan accordingly.

Recently bought a new i3 electric car. The team did a great job with the whole sales experience. Lots of advice and help particularly since it is such a new kind of car. Dennis was my sales representative and he was knowledgeable in the car and kept me informed all along the way and did a great job helping me get started with my new car. He made me feel like I was doing more than just buying a car but building a relationship.
