I have been using Autohaus BMW for service on my 2006 530i since I purchased it. I have been thrilled with the service that I have received from Autohaus BMW. The staff is always very curteous and friendly. Check in is very quick and thorough and I am always offered a loner car when needed. The work has always been completed in an expeditious manner and I have never had to return the car for re-work. I've been using Autohaus after having a bad experience at another local dealer. Greg used to work on my car when he was a master technician and now that he's a service advisor, he's the one I go to! I highly recommend the Autohaus service department

When my brake light indicator appeared while traveling, I called Autohaus. Greg assured me that everything was okay and to schedule an appointment when I was back in town. When I returned, Mike scheduled my appointment right away and my car was repaired as scheduled. Thank You.
