Excellent service department who have serviced our BMW's for many years. See Linda or Dan who are very knowledgeable about these vehicles and can generally diagnose any problem. Service work has been trouble-free, always fixed the first time, and solutions are cost-effective. Loaners are always immediately available although the customer waiting area is extremely nice and comfortable. A very trustworthy company to deal with.
I'd like to commend Jennifer Burke for her outstanding customer service during my last two visits to Autohaus BMW. I accidentally left my garage pass, first in my own car and then in the loaner. Jennifer cheerfully and doggedly retrieved it for me on both occasions. She also got my wheelchair out of my trunk while it was in the service floor and helped load groceries when I turned in the loaner car. I thoroughly enjoyed my sales quest at Autohaus BMW. Even though I could not purchase the vehicle right away as expected, Joe stayed in contact with me to see how I was doing. A week later I was able to come in and purchase the vehicle without having to redo any paperwork as they saved it all for me. Overall the purchasing experience was great! I love my new 2014 328Xi!
