My experience was absolutely fabulous. Mr. LaSane is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He knew a lot about the vehicles I questioned him on and even went as far as providing more information than I requested. The show room was immaculate and the staff is extremely friendly. Mr. LaSane made sure I received the "ultimate driving machine" right for my family.
My experience with the service writers and the quality of work done by the mechanics has always been first class. I used to use another major dealer in town and their service doesn't compare. The service writers are on time, polite, knowledgeable, and always have a nice car for me when it is needed. The mechanics do it right the first time!
Good: Jeremy Frye a wonderful salesman and extremely helpful. Receptionist very friendly and courteous. Low pressure sales technique. Issues with Satellite activation and missing manuals taken care of immediately. Would recommend any of their sales force. Bad: Had to wait an hour to meet with Finance Manager to buy the car. Could have gone over the car while we waited.
I was greeted in a friendly manner! I had limited time and was handled in a timely manner!! Chris Clem, the service advisor, took time to familiarize me with the loaner car I was "comped"! I also live in Illinois and made a special trip to this dealership in Missouri because of the service department! Facility is very well managed!!
I never look forward to unexpected service but Greg is always accommodating. Tow truck dropped off on Sunday Greg was calling me at 7:30 Monday morning to find out what was wrong and scheduled a car for me. Thanks again Greg!

I just leased my fourth BMW. Bob Warner went above and beyond to find me the car that I wanted and streamlined the leasing process, making it all a very pleasant experience. I have been a BMW owner for years. There are two BMW service centers around my home. One has failed me time after time attention to detail. I finally had enough and went to Autohaus BMW. What a night and day difference!!!!
I looked at quite a few different cars (Acura, Audi, Porsche.....). I ultimately bought a BMW 535X!, which I absolutely love. Joe Bauer and Joe Emerson were awesome to deal with. They may the whole shopping experience a pleasure.They negotiations were quick and fair. I am already a big fan of their dealership. I will refer people to them, with complete confidence, that they will take great care of them.
