Always a good experience! Very prompt and great communication. They genuinely listen to your concerns about your vehicle and take the time to explain things to you which for people who may be less car repair savvi is a plus.

I've worked with Autohaus for over a decade and have always had great service and sales experiences. I can be rather picky and detail oriented and Renard S. works well with me. John W. was a pleasure to deal with for my lease turn-in, very fair. And, Rick R. helped me make a couple financial decisions. Overall, a great experience!

Autohaus sets the bar high with outstanding customer service and comfort. I live much closer to West County BMW and after a few trips there was so discouraged and sick of their terrible customer service that I tried Autohaus BMW which was twice the distance of the West County dealership but still so worth the extra drive. I went to get my car serviced for a new oil change and worked with Greg Issitt for this purpose. I drove from Kansas City to pick up the vehicle. I emailed/spoke with Brett the week prior, and every interaction was professional, courteous and to the point. I have honestly never had an easier car purchasing experience, and would recommend this dealership to anybody.

Bob Warner was everything you could ask for in a client advisor when I ordered my 2015 X3 -- friendly, knowledgeable, down-to-earth and patient. He worked with me on price as well! My car was ready in two weeks!! I found the entire process to be surprisingly enjoyable and pressure free. I highly recommend Autohaus and Bob Warner.

Bob Dedert provided a great car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was so much easier than I expected. I would definitely look for Bob next time I'm buying a car.

This was my first purchase at Autohaus, though not my first BMW. My experience was topnotch all around. I hadn't expereinced Autohaus for sales when I met Joe Bauer in new car sales through my Autohaus service rep, Chris Clem. I wasn't rushed, pushed or pestered while I took my time checking out other models, which I think was a few months, and asked many questions before I put my order in. Chris Clem in service is knowledgable, thorough, polite and professional. I found my way to Autohaus service because other BMW shops, yes plural shops, in St Louis couldn't resolve an issue, Chris got it handled and without insulting me like one of the other Dealers Service Rep. had done.
