Dennis and Wendy went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. I bought a car that had some scratches and a door ding. I asked when I purchased if they could get them out. They said sure. After I picked up the car I figured they did what they could but I was a little disappointed in how it still looked. Dennis called to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Jeremy was very patient with my wife and I . He took time to explain all the features on the 328i at that time the vechele was not ready to view but made sure we had all the information needed to make our decision. He found a similar 328i for a test drive called us back on Monday to test drive and we made our purchase Jeremy was excellent to work with. I have always considered Autohaus to be the place of choice for BMW service and parts but have not used them in a while. I had a few issues With my car including a recall that I wanted to have resolved. I decided that it was time to get the experts involved so I took it to the Autohaus. I am so glad that I did. Completed in less time than expected and the process was easy. Nice waiting area with complimentary Starbucks coffee and a $20 freebie in the retail shop.

I called Linda Schaefer regarding some maintenance I needed on my 2006 BMW. Linda immediately got me scheduled and handled all the details with her normal efficiency. The maintenance was done quickly. The customer service experience was excellent. Thank you Linda.

I have worked with Mike Crader on several occasions for services at Autohaus BMW and he has remained consistent with delivering courteous and considerate customer services. He's thorough in providing explanation of what services are required, their priorities and reviewing past service history to ensure accuracy. I am very grateful for his consults, trust his judgment and thankful he's part of the Autohaus team!

I always receive great customer service at Autohaus. I most recently brought my 335 in for a routine oil change, My service center consultant, Mike Crader noticed that the brakes sounded a bit squeaky. Consequently he had service proactively assess the brakes and discovered a rotor needed replacing.

Renard LaSane, my salesman, did an outstanding job locating the right car for me as well as getting me a fair trade-in for my old vehicle. Chris Buie was also extraordinary in helping me with all the new technology on my 2015 BMWX1. I made the switch from Plaza Motors to Autohaus BMW and, so far, I am pleased with this decision. Everyone seems very helpful and professional as should be the case, but often is not, with all transactions of this nature.
