This is probably the 4th time I've worked with Chris Clem. He never faults in taking care of his customers! Super nice guy, knows a lot about cars. While the other advisers do a fine job, I find myself hoping I'll get Chris as my service adviser.
Walked in with a lot of questions and left absolutely satisfied with a brand new car! I would highly recommend Mr.LaSane he made our first car buying experience very comfortable and quick!
I initially talked with Jamie and she arranged to have the cars I wanted to drive ready to go when we arrived. She did as promised and Brett also got involved to help answer our questions. Who doesn't like Brett? The process to get our financial paperwork took longer than I had hoped, but Rick was extremely courteous and accommodating. Thanks Autohaus. We enjoyed the buying process, but not as much as driving our 5 Series home to Iowa.
Jeremy was great from start to finish. He explained everything in detail. I could tell he loves his job because of the level of service he provides. Autohaus is a great place to buy a car.
I have taken all of my BMW’s to Dan Wirick at Autohaus. He is courteous, friendly and always gets me in and out quickly. For BMW Service in St Louis, Autohaus is the only place to go. I would highly recommend asking for Dan Wirick in Service.
I would definitely recommend BMW Autohaus. I work with Bob Dedert and can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience I've had so far. When I drove in, the vehicle was parked front and center for my inspection. He was most pleasant, patient and helpful. Worth the drive up there and when it came to take care of paperwork, I was in and out within an hour. Thanks again for making it so easy to purchase and would refer frends and family to BMW Autohaus.
Thank you Joe it has been such a pleasure dealing with you and Autohaus. We have 4 dealerships near us and non them compare to you and your dealership. Just in case anyone is wondering my husband and I drive from Ohio to deal with Joe. We've made this drive twice in 15 months and both times its been great. If your looking to buy new or used Joe is your guy he makes sure your happy and well taken care of. Oh and I also have to say Rick is great also .
