My car was stalled in the middle of rush hour traffic, and in a panic, I called Jennifer Burke who calmly walked me through the process to get my car restarted. Jennifer stayed on the phone with me until I was able to move my car to a safe place, apologized for my troubles, and provided me the options to either have my vehicle towed or to drive it to the dealership. I'm on my second BMW from Autohaus and suspect many more to come. Brett and the entire team have been simply outstanding. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach. When I want to drive 4 different models in a row because I just can't make up my mind, it's as easy as him throwing me the keys and saying "Have Fun". Simply love it. In fact, this last purchase probably wouldn't have been a BMW, but that's all Autohaus sells……so be it. Pretty cool car too.

I cannot say enough about Autohaus and Joe Bauer, Joe made the entire experience of buying a new car fun and easy. He went out of his way to show me all the options I was considering - even when that meant running across 3 lots to get them. He really worked hard to ensure I was completely happy and found the car I was wanted. Great customer service!

The salespersons were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Both were very helpful as I had no experience with the BMW brand and was full of questions. As my BMW service advisor for several years, Mike Crader is one of the reasons I have been so happy with my BMW and Autohaus. Last week was just one of many times he helped me get my car serviced or repaired and back on the road quickly. Renard LaSane was so patient and responsive to my "wish list". It was my first "like new" purchase and my best buying experience ever! I was determined to wait for my ideal car: color combination and features. I kissed a few frogs before we found my prince - and the frogs were very nice, just not quite "it".
