Autohaus is a top notch dealership and dealing with Renard LaSane has been a great experience! Renard is professional and worked very hard to get us into a great car at a great price! He was patient as we wanted to explore a variety of models and test drive them all. After our purchase, Renard provided an excellent overview of the car's features, and recently when the license plates arrived, affixed them for us and made sure we left the dealership with a clean car.

My husband and I have visited Autohaus in the past for routine repairs, but our car hit the 5 year mark, went haywire, and needed more major repairs. These guys worked fast to diagnose and fix the problem, which ended up being two-fold, and we had our car back in working order within the week. I have been doing business with Autohaus BMW over the past 3 years. They are professional, courteous and always address my service needs. Mr Dan Wirick has been exceptional in his level of customer service. He always keeps me informed and sees to it, that my car is running in tip top shape.

Autohaus BMW is the best!!!! They always are polite and friendly and listen to my concerns. I always bring my car there for service the waiting area is very nice. The service advisers are very good, I always go with Chris. Over the past three years Chris has assisted me very well and always returns my calls.

I was looking for a fairly tough to find vehicle, a manual transmission BMW 3 series wagon. Autohaus BMW happened to have one. After seeing the car pop up, I immediately called and put down a deposit. The process got all my questions answered and the vehicle looked great when I picked it up. There were only a couple imperfections on the vehicle that I didn't see in the pictures, but they aren't bad enough for me to really care. Overall my experience was great. My husband and I were searching for a four wheel drive car. Just moved to St. Louis area and we needed a four wheel drive car for when it snows here. We visited many dealerships including Audi, and more. The thing we enjoyed the most is that Bob wasn't pushy at all. It's not pleasant going to a dealership and they hassle you or make cheesy sales lines. This was not the case for us.
