Mr. LaSane's professionalism, courtesy and job knowledge are as superb as the BMW I drove off in. My experience was extremely pleasant. GO MICHIGAN!! Mr. Riccio is as smooth as his Italian name might suggest. He made my experience closing the deal very comfortable. His Italian-country accent was something I had never heard before. I'ver now purchased 3 BMWs (and referred several other buyers) to/from Dennis Schaffner and can say he is professional, knowledgable and provides fantastic service. The facility is excellent and accessible. The service has always been great. Overall, I love owning my BMWs and enjoy the Autohaus experience.

My household has purchased or leased seven BMWs since 2006 and we've dealt with two of the three dealers in the St. Louis area. There is a reason why Autohaus has the highest satisfaction percentage. There is also a reason why the best people left another local dealership and joined Autohaus. Everything about this organization is outstanding. Basically, they get it. The treat me like a valued customer and I treat them like a valued supplier.

Purchasing a vehicle from Autohaus is easy; prices are competitive; no pressure from sales personnel.; Collision Center and Service Center are excellent, although service prices after warranty expires could be more competitive. Had a dispute with an after warranty charge and staff made an adjustment to my satisfaction. This doesn't happen everywhere.

I came to Autohaus based on recommendations from friends and I have to say they were right. I initially communicated with Jamie Miller. She answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice. We had a couple of rescheduling due to personal reasons, but Brett was accommodating to our requests. My wife and I met Brett late in the evening, but he helped us with our decision making process which led us to purchase the 2014 328d. Just bought my third bmw from Autohaus and salesman Renard Lesane.. Starting in 2006, I ordered all my cars and Renard took me thru the process each time. He keeps me up to date on each step of the order. He is a consummate professional. I always have the pleasure of a chat with him when I stop in for service at the excellent service dept as well. That's why I return every time to Autohaus over all the other bmw dealers in the region..
