I stopped on the lot of Autohaus BMW "day-dreaming" about owning a luxury car after I had been frustratingly searching other dealerships for approximately a month. I stopped into Autohaus on a whim to talk numbers on a lease and to see what they would give me on a trade for my current vehicle. They did a full blown appraisal of my car so we could talk real numbers on the trade before I even did a test drive. I really appreciated the quickness and accuracy of the process. I was very happy with the offer they made me and Jeremy Frye was able to get me a great deal on the car I was targeting. Linda was my service manager when she worked at another St. Louis deanship. Once I found out that Linda was with Autohaus I started bringing my automobile there. Sometimes service goes beyond dollars and cents. I trust Linda and I always know she will do her best for me. My service adviser, Greg Issitt, has worked with me a half of dozen times in the past 4 years for my service needs. I have always been impressed with his vehicle knowledge and courteous approach. This time I needed an oil change service, brake fluid change and safety & emission inspection. Greg scheduled an appointment for me 4 days later and provided a loaner vehicle. I have been going to AutoHaus for approximately 10 years now. I have dealt with other service advisors, but once Linda took care of me, there was no reason to deal with anyone else. Everytime that I have an issue, whether it is the door handle, lock or window, Linda is always there to make sure that I have a loaner and that I am completely satisfied with the work done and the amount of time that I have to be at the dealership.
