Mike was fantastic. He is always upbeat and very personable. In addition he is on top of the service needs of all my vehicles that are serviced exclusively at Autohaus and ensures that the vehicles receive excellent care. There are none better in my opinion.

We recently purchased our second BMW from Autohaus in Maplewood. Though the location has changed to a new facility the same courteous buying help was available from Renard LaSane. Owning a 2002 BMW 325i brought us back initially, and after driving several other cars we returned to buy a BMW X3. Having enjoyed a 13 year relationship with Autohaus BMW to date we can look forward to many more years with these fine folks.

Going to Autohaus BMW and working with Karen Lowery exceeded my expectations of what I thought it was going to be like when buying a new vehicle. My husband and I had looked at several different cars from several different dealerships. I visited a few other BMW dealerships in the St. Louis area, and interacted via phone and email with them, at the same time as I started working with Brett at Autohaus. Brett's responsiveness and friendliness far exceeded the customer service I expected going into the process, and far exceeded what I received from other dealerships. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and Brett did all he could to expedite the purchase -- we were only in the dealership for a few minutes to sign the papers, and then we were on our way. Just purchased a new car and love it! They have been very nice. We have a little issue about some spots in the leather- but they are looking into that to be fixed. Highly recommend them!

Everyone that I spoke with at autohaus BMW was very professional. They gave me a good price and helped me with a hauler since I was out of state. Bob dedert was not only professional, he is also a gentleman. Rick in finance was also very helpful with my sale and handled it with expediency. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Jennifer has helped me in the service center many times. She is always very helpful and friendly. She follows up with phone calls and always makes sure my experience there is top notch. Autohaus not only gave me the best price for my new X5, but continually impresses me with their quality of staff and service. Jennifer is an example of the excellent service which one finds at Autohaus. She is a true asset to that dealership!

This was my first time visiting Autohaus and was extremely happy with my overall experience. My sales person Brett was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure like at other car dealers. After the purchase Brett took time to go over all of the features of the car and programmed everything for me. I would recommend Authohaus and Brett to my friends and family.
