Autohaus provides the best customer service I've seen so far. I have bought two cars from Brett Midgley and have been satisfied at each purchase. Strongly recommend.

I described a sound/symptom to Jennifer. She notified the tech about the issue got the problem fixed on the first visit. Thanks autohaus bmw!!

Jeremy Frye provided great service from start to finish and then some! He worked with me to help get me in a 2014 BMW X3 which I could not be happier about. We went through several different options and vehciles before I decided to go with the 2014 BMW X3. He was professional, courteous, and really went to bat for me in terms of pricing. As someone that is within the service industry, it was an absolute delight to work with Bob. As alluded to in previous reviews, I never felt pressured to make a decision and he addressed each of my questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend Autohaus and specifically, Bob to family, friends and clients.

I was having issues with my BMW and was afraid to continue to drive it. I called the service department only to find there where no available appointments for at least a week. I took a chance on just walking in hoping I would get the help I needed. Chris came out of his office with a smile and paid close attention to everything I had to say with no interruptions. Nice dealership, smells a-m-a-zing inside! If you get a chance work with Jeremy Frye to get your next deal. It was a fun, and reassuring experience to work with him. Jeremy goes out of his way to kick, punch and beat that deal down low for you. It was a pleasure working with such a well-mannered and helpful gentleman. Joe Bauer is also great. We were visiting from out of town. had thought about buying a BMW. We stopped buy and met Renard. He gives us the some options, we emailed a few times. The next week we picked up the car! It was a piece of cake, great price and better than expected trade in. My next car will be from Autohaus BMW. Renard was a great asset and help through the who process.
