I would just like to preface this review by saying this was not my first time buying with Autohaus BMW. I had purchased a pre-owned 323i (E46 model) way back in the early 2000's, and let me say that the service is the same today as it was back then. Simply put, it was excellent! I just purchased my 5th BMW, I think I have bot 3 of them from Autohaus. I started working with Joe Bauer about a month ago to figure out how to trade in my existing lease and get in a new one. He made everything very easy and smooth and never once did I feel like I was getting screwed over or taken advantage of. I very much appreciated the friendly but low pressure approach to my car purchase. Renard LaSane was the salesperson. He was a real pleasure to work with on what is normally not a pleasant experience. The other staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. The best car buying experience I have had in all my 67 years. The BMW 428i x drive is terrific in every way.
Over the past 6 years, I have had 5 BMW's in my household, all from Autohaus. I cannot be more pleased with Dan Wirick and the level of service he provides when I visit with my cars. Dan is always accomodating and pleasant to deal with. His attention to detail and promptness to get my Bimmer back to me is second to none. My Family has been doing business with Autohaus BMW for over 35 years. The employees are all wonderful to work with and truly understand your needs. Dan Wirick is my service advisor and always goes out of his way to take great care of our vehicles. Dan's attention to detail is wonderful. As the owner of an older BMW, Rusty Yost and the entire parts department always take the time to make sure I have the parts and supplies I need.
Chris is excellent. We have never been treated so well with any other service departments. Chris is honest, friendly and goes beyond expectations! Awesome service!
I contacted this dealership after finding a vehicle that met my needs. The only problem.....I was 1500 miles away. I worked with Bob Dedert in purchasing my 2011 CPO BMW 550ix.
