I met Karen without a recommendation. Throughout my search for and ultimate purchase of my new BMW, she was consistently helpful and provided me with complete and accurate information about the car and features that interested me. Greg Issitt has been my service advisor since I purchased my 330CI in 2009. He has always been able to present solutions to any of my needs in a satisfactory manner. Appointments are always on time, with required maintenance performed as promised. When maint. requires an extended stay a courtesy vehicle is always offered. Even though I only purchase previously owned autos, I feel I receive the same level of service as those fortunate enough to buy new 750Is!

Chris Clem has been my goto service advisor at BMW Autohaus. I feel that he has my best interests in mind any time I bring my vehicle in for service. I've never felt the typical up-sell tactics I've experience at other non-BMW dealerships which has earned the trust I have in Chris and Autohaus BMW. Work performed has always been well documented and clearly communicated whenever my car was ready for pick up. It is always a pleasure to work with Jenifer Burke. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes her customers feel appreciated, When the repair cost are high, she finds a way to make you feel good allowing Autohaus to repair your vehicle. She is one of two service advisors I use. Linda Schafer is the other service advisor I call when I experience problems with my vehicle. Both are very prompt in returning calls.

The Autohaus experience is second to none. Whenever I visit the dealership for service or to look at a possible purchase of a new or certified used car, I am always greeted by everyone I meet with a warm welcome. Linda Schaeffer, my service coordinator, is always genuinely glad to see me. I never have to wait to get my car in for needed service and a loaner is provided when the work exceeds a few hours. From a buying standpoint, I've been associated with Autohaus since 2009. Recently, I've agreed to purchase a new, 2014 model from the sales team.
