In the sales department I absolutely love Renard LaSane. This is my third BMW leased from Autohaus through Renard. He is knowledgable, experienced, trustworthy, kind and very patient. He guides me through the entire process and makes sure I am completely satisfied with the results.

I bought my BMW from a different dealer so I was expecting the service experience to lack luster but wow was I wrong. from the moment I drove in the staff was incredible starting with the greeters to jennifer burke the adviser who was so accommodating and excellent in explaining to me what work was bring performed to my car and why. We have dealt with Bob Dedert in sales for many years. His knowledge, skills and customer service is what keeps us coming back. We have always felt cautious with buying cars at dealerships. When we started doing business with Bob Dedert at Autohaus BMW, we are no longer cautious. He is very honest and will work to fit you in a vehicle that actually fits your needs and not based on a sale. Service is awesome as well. You cannot find a better service department on the entire St Louis Area!

After visiting Newbold BMW, we then visited Autohaus. After the excellent service and attention we received from Renard LaShane, we did not feel the need nor the desire to return to Newbold, even though Newbold is closer to us.
