I have used Autohaus since my first 2002 in 1974, when virtually no one had even heard of BMW. I tried another local service dept. as a trial because the shop was closer to my work, and they left the cover off the computer connector...trial failed! Autohas is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Basically, I am an Autohaus customer for life

I stopped by to discuss my service need, and they fixed the problem on the spot! The also invited my puppy into the waiting area!

Service with a smile and can do attitude. Chris was very clear in explaining the service needed on my 335xi. I had asked Chris if I could have an X5 for a loaner as I am looking to trade in for one. Chris made it happen. My expectations were exceeded.

The sales staff Gerd Peterman is the best in terms of knowledge of the product. The service staff is very friendly and the work is excellent, they even give you a free almost new loaner

I had a great buying experience with Autohaus BMW, especially since I live in Memphis, TN, and we only spoke by phone and e-mailed each other. Brett was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, eager to help and offered a great deal for my new custom ordered X3. I decided to do a Performance Center Delivery and he helped getting it set up for (hopefully - still waiting on BMW) the date of my choice. Overall, I would highly recommend the dealership and Brett in particular.

I recently switched over to Autohaus from another dealership in town for my BMW maintenance. I am SO happy with the change! Linda Schaffer was a pleasure to work with, and the entire staff at Autohaus were friendly and said hello! Some mysterious lights came on in my dashboard, and Autohaus was able to fit me in the same day to take a look at what was going on! I LOVE the Autohaus service experience. I live a few blocks from Plaza Motors, but make the drive to Autohaus, because of their level of service and their facilities. Pure quality all the way around.

AutoHaus has been servicing my vehicles for over 39 years, and in all of that time I have never had to bring the car back a second time for the same failure. They are the best.
