Great experience Dropped my car off for a brake fluid change and tire inspection which ended up taking around 2-2.5hrs. Flexible: I got there a bit early and my representative was running behind, so instead of making me wait they handed me off to an available rep until mine showed up? I absolutely appreciated that! Accommodating: They were all out of loaners, but got me an Enterprise rental. BMW service From arrival to departure, service is excellent. State of the art facility, friendly and courteous advisers. Waiting lounge well stock with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, soft drinks and large TV's.
