BMW Periodic Maintenance The service department in this dealership has always been frustrating. Even with an appointment for a specific advisor, it always takes at least 20-30 of waiting after your appointment before you are helped by a service advisor. This last visit was no exception. One of the services that I needed was an upgrade to my navigation system. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Can you imagine test-driving an "Ultimate Driving Machine" and literally breaking down in the middle of an intersection? It happened! replaced 2 front tires Cole Schwartz is very attentive, caring person who always shows respect and wiliness to help his costumers. He always goes the extra mile to attent my requests. However, the tires that I pay for doesn't look brand new. The job looks sloppy. They look like being replaced for another set of old tires. The service people did not bother to remover the glue or whichever material is used to replace the tires, messy job. I'm not pleased. I have spend almost $800, and the tires don't look new. X3 service Car was brought to the dealer for rear brakes which were serviced. I did not realize that the check engine light was on. This was caused by a problem with the turbo. Dealer had to keep the car overnight and provided a loaner.

Not a great experience We had a nice salesman but he kept talking about other things, which was distracting me from the car. He also contradicted himself or would say the complete opposite thing within a short period of time. The whole experience was confusing while dealing with him. Then there was the ?closer ?. She was arrogant, put down the salesman saying he was JUST a salesman but all these product/insurance bundles they try to sell you at the end was ?her career?. Great Sales, but Service Dept Needs Work Took it for an oil change. They told me it was leaking and I needed a valve replaced and 2 tires. Took 2 days to ?fix? it. They gave it back to me with it actually leaking oil on exhaust pipe. Smells terrible and kinda of smoky. Now I have to take it back again and fight my way through the traffic to make it there by 7 after work!

Purposefully misleading and lazy Misleading and lazy. Theyre always making excuses on why they wont fix something but then recommending to service parts not covered by the extended maintenance plan I purchase . They didn't even update the software (easy). They don't even keep track of the extended warranty I puchased from them

Lied to by Robert Grass, Internet Sales Manager BMW 530E was leased from Valencia BMW, then about a year later we needed to repair a flat tire and discovered the lock tool needed to remove the tire was missing. My local BMW dealer in Palm Springs had to order one at a cost of $49. Robert Glass, the Internet/Fleet Sales Manager at Velencia, promised (in writing) that he would reimburse me for the cost since the tool was not initially included with the car. Horrible in every way Got my girlfriend a bmw from them and buying a car through this dealership has ended up being the worst mistake. I’ve gotten many different cars from many different dealerships over the years and have never come across anyone this rude and unprofessional. When we were there, they made us wait hours AND changed the deal that we had originally agreed on.
