Just wanted the correct phone number I purchased a car with them. I needed to get ahold of them about my GAP insurance and immediately got rude customer service and transfered the call and got hung up on. I called again and he argued with me because I'm calling the wrong area when all I asked was for the correct number to call and they hung up again. Do not waste your time here cause they clearly aren't here to help. I bought a car from them but not again. TL;DR: RUDE/UNRESPONSIVE
Wouldn't go back This is an interesting dealership. They want to sell cars, but they make paying for it as difficult as possible. They also make you wait hours to go through the finance guy who then sells you warranty after warranty for at least another hour. Take a lunch with you! The worst part is the follow through. Unhappy I had an issue that started as a small thing. After 2 messages left on Henrys voicemail, a live chat with Auto Nation Corporate, a phone call with BMW North America and a poor Carfax review, no one from this dealership ever reached out to me to address my issue. I've been a BMW driver for over 15 years now. This is the WORST service ever. I live in Valencia but I will drive to the next closest dealer for any future service needs.
No response! I got a crack on my 530e and went to BMW Valencia. The service advisor told me that insurance companies would cover the replacement cost so I let them replace it. I paid around $2,300, but insurance will cover only around $1,500. My insurance agent mentioned that I got charged labor much higher then the other dealers. Look for someone who values you as a customer In the past I have purchased four BMW from this dealership, however I have experienced a lack of care and concern once the deal is completed and dishonesty by the sales representative and service representatives.
Could have been a better buying experience After driving an extra hour to visit this BMW dealer versus my local option, getting up early to arrive when it would be easier for my sales person to attend to our experience and the fact that the vehicle we leased had been already selected weeks prior, we were forced to wait over 3 hours for seemingly NO GOOD REASON! Terrible Experience This car buying experience was absolutely terrible. I had worked with Mazen on a car order for 3 months and it was the worst experience ever. I had originally discussed building a brand new car for a lease and the price for the car. Service Service writer was not friendly she did not call me for three days to tell me what was wrong with my car and then it was by text I called her Vanessa for three days left numerous voice message no return call .

I received bad service Brought the car because the infotainment system sometimes stays on and sometimes turns off when I stop the car and open the driver's door. It wasn't fixed, I still have the same problem. Other than that they changed the oil for me.
